Working of Copper Slag

In Copper Slag heavy operator moves the uncooked Slag into the hopper & feeds the fabric onto a conveyor belt in a propane dryer. After drying, it is transported into closed clear-out housing. The housing includes a sequence of sieves until the favored particle length is reached.

The operator collects the granular product from the garnet abrasive & guarantees that appropriate particle size is achieved & that the sieve operates correctly. They are stored in silos until they require bulk delivery by truck or trolley.
