Blast Rooms basically are the larger version blast cabinet. Blast Room is created to reduce the environmental hazards and to decrease the air pollution around the workstation. it also known as Sand Blast Room. The operator works inside the blast room and do all the blasting operation inside that room. Connections in Blast room:

·         At the top blower is connected with that blower inlet of a dust collector is connected.

·         In dust collector filters are connected and after that bucket elevators are connected for media recycling and under the dust collector a blasting hopper is connected.

·        Now the elevator is connected to a media separator and then the media separator is connected blasting machine.

·         Blasting machine hoes are connected to the blast room through-hole.   

 Working of Blast Room:

In the working of blast room after blasting air is suck from the blower and send to the dust collector after that air enter inside the dust collector and then it will go in the filter after that reversed pulse jet action will work inside the filter and filter get clean and waste media will recover with the help of a bucket elevator and again send to the blasting machine and then fresh air is sent outside and filtration is done and there are no bad gases inside the blast room.
