Axial Flow Fan

Image
The axial flow fan is a type of fan in which gas flow through in an axial direction and parallel to the shaft about which blades rotate. The flow of gas will be in an axial direction at entry and exit. Axial fans are used in  Dust collectors to supply fresh air or to suck air from rotary filters and to exhaust air out. These fans are suitable for a larger flow rate with a relatively small pressure gain and in the blasting industry they used  Paint Booth . Typical axial flow fans have the effective progress of the air is straight through the impeller and the distance is constant from the axis. Mainly blade force on the air is directed axially from the inlet to the outlet and then a rise in pressure will arrive and that process will be called direct blade action. Blade force has an additional component in the tangential direction and provides the reaction to the driving torque and due to this air sets its spinning about the axis independently of its forward motion. ...

Centrifugal Fan

Image
Centrifugal fans are very efficient and versatile piece of air moving equipment. Centrifugal fans contain centrifugal fan blower with a centrifugal fan impeller and scroll housing and that housing accelerate the air and changes the direction of airflow two times, a full 90 degree before leaving the house. They are reliable and made in a way so that they can operate in a variety of environments and applications. Centrifugal fan blade: Radial: The pressure of these fans is high and medium airflow. These fans are used when there is gas or moisture in the air. Forward curve: The pressure is medium and airflow is high and they are used in the cleaning of air, ventilation, and exhaust applications. Backward curve: These fans have high pressure, high efficiency, and high flow, and when power is reduced the flow rate will increase. Airfoil: These fans are used for cleaning the air and the efficiency of these fans is high. Centrifugal Fan Theory: To choose the...

Wire Flame Spray Gun

Image
Wire Flame Spray Gun   is a thermal spraying process that uses an oxy-fuel gas flame as a source of heat for melting the coating substance. Compressed gas is sometimes used for atomizing and propelling the material to the workpiece. After melting the melted metals are then atomized with compressed air to create a spray stream that applies the coating on the surface being sprayed. A Wire flame Spray gun is a uses for spraying both iron & non-iron material. Major applications are restoring worn-out components, conductivity, and anti-corrosion coating. The wire is fed into the front torch of flame spray through the air-driven turbine. Fuel gas like acetylene, LPG, Propane & oxygen is properly and safely mix in the siphon plug head assembly which provides a combustible heat source. Working of  Wire Flame Spray Gun:  The spraying material in the wire form is fed continuously into a fuel gas-oxygen flame where it is melted by the heat of that combustion. And, Com...

Arc Spray Gun

Image
An arc spray gun is a natural material in the form of metallic wires is melted by means of an electric arc. Arc Spray Gun is mostly used for the coating on the cylinder bores of an engine. The heated material is atomized by compressed air and launched towards the workpiece of an element. It allows the employment of an aluminum cylinder block externally having heavy cast iron sleeves. An arc is used to melts the wire. This plasma set by given an arc between a non-consumable cathode and wire which is required for coating. An  Arc Spray Gun  uses two metallic wires as the coating of the raw materials. The two wires are electrically charged with reversing polarity and stay fed into the arc gun. When the wires are preferred together at the blasting nozzle of the flame spray gun, the opposite charges on the wires create sufficient heat to regularly decrease the tips of the wires. After that Air compressor is applied to atomize the heated material and accelerate it onto the wo...

Dust Collector Manufacturer in India

Image
A Dust collector is a device that increases the quality of air by removing the impurities and other dust particles. The dust collector is designed to operate high volume dust loads. It is a collection of devices used to purify the air by removing particulate matter from the polluted air. An industrial dust collector is air pollution control equipment and has several uses in factories, warehouses, and industries to meet environmental and workplace requirements. They control reduce, and remove harmful particulates and fumes from gases during production and manufacturing. The dust collector objective is the same as the filter separate.  Dust collector  captures the dust in gases and after purifying release sanitized air.  Types of Dust Collectors: Fabric Filter Baghouse Inertial separators (Mechanical, Cyclones) Cartridge Collectors Wet Scrubbers Electrostatic Precipitators   Manufacturer of Dust Collectors Blast Room machines are manufacturers and suppliers of h...

Shot Blasting Machine

Image
Shot Blasting Machine is used as a mechanical method for the surface treatment by using an abrasive with the help of a centrifugal wheel at high speed to obtain excellent surface and remove impurities for secondary operations. Shot blasting is done in two ways: Wheel blasting:  It is a common and economical method. In this process, the electric motor energy is converted into kinetic energy by rotating a turbine wheel. This is mostly used for treating heavy equipment. The turbine wheel works here as a centrifugal pump and it delivers the abrasive by centrifugal force on the surface. Air blasting:  In this method compressed is used and sprayed out through nozzles on the surface.  This is mostly used for smaller equipment.  Air blasting is comparatively expensive due to the use of steel frames and weldments. After the process of shot blasting, shots are removed by the air washing process. The shot blasting machine works on the projectile motion of an abrasi...

Flame Spray Gun

Image
Flame spraying uses flame spray gun for coating. A thermal spray process variation in which the controlled explosion of a mixture of fuel gas, oxygen, and the powdered coating material is utilized to melt and propel the material to the work piece. A flame spray gun involves blowing a plastic powder through a flame that partially melts the powder and fuses it because it contacts the substrate. It includes low-velocity thermal spray powder, red, and wire flame processes, and high-velocity processes. A flame spray gun involves blowing a plastic powder through a flame that partially melts the powder and fuses it because it contacts the substrate. It includes low-velocity thermal spray powder, red, and wire flame processes, and high-velocity processes. The part's surface is preheated with the flame. The standard approach is to coat only a few square meters at a time, so the temperature can be controlled. The flame is then adjusted. When the coating is completed, the powder is shut o...
